All rates are on a room only basis. Breakfast is served at the property from Wednesday to Sunday between 07:00 and 12:00. On Mondays and Tuesdays, Piggly Wiggly Coffee shop is a wonderful venue for breakfast and only a short drive across the road.
Rooms are not self-catering. There is a tea/coffee station in each room however the rooms are not equipped for self-catering. Each room has a small bar size fridge, microwave and toaster and basic crockery and cutlery. No cooking equipment or utensils are provided.
Standard and Luxury Double Rooms only accommodate a miximum of 2 people. The Family units only accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
Children > 4 years of age comprise the maximum number of people in the room. Children > 4 years old who will be sharing with 2 adults will incur a surcharge.
The Midlands region is well known for occasional power cuts caused by factors such as storms, falling trees, or load shedding. While we do our best to minimize these disruptions with backup solar power and batteries, please note that these systems are designed to cover only essential needs and not all amenities in your room.
In the event of extreme outages, we will provide generator backup to help ensure your comfort. However, as power cuts are beyond our control, we kindly ask for your understanding that such occurrences may happen from time to time. By staying with us, you acknowledge that St Ives cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by power interruptions.
Business travelers and long stay rates can be negotiated with the lodge manager.
