RECEPTION AND ARRIVAL

If you are planning to arrive outside of reception hours, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival.

ROOM ACCESS

Our Standard Rooms, Luxury Rooms and Silo Family Rooms are accessed using a key card.

Once inside your room, please insert your key card into the power slot (indicated by a flashing light). This activates the room's electricity, selected lighting and air conditioning.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the Rholands Dining Room:

Wednesday – Sunday
08:00 – 11:00

If breakfast has not been included with your booking and you would like to join us, please notify Reception by 17:00 the day before.

Staying on a Monday or Tuesday?

As our breakfast service is unavailable on these days, we recommend Piggly Wiggly Coffee Shop, located just a short drive away, which is open daily from 08:00.

Whether you're joining us for lunch, dinner or a relaxed drink overlooking the dam, The BOMA Food Bar offers a casual dining experience in a beautiful countryside setting.

As we are located in a rural area, Wi-Fi signal strength may vary depending on your location on the estate and weather conditions.

POWER SUPPLY

The KwaZulu-Natal Midlands occasionally experiences power interruptions due to storms, fallen trees, grid faults or scheduled load shedding.

To minimise disruption, St Ives Lodge & Venue has solar and battery backup systems which support essential services. During extended outages, generator power may also be used where possible.

Please note that backup systems may not power all room amenities.

While every effort is made to minimise inconvenience, power interruptions remain beyond our control and we appreciate your patience and understanding should they occur.
